Respiratory Pathogen Panel (RPP) / Covid-19 Testing
Using real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for pathogen identification and detection of antibiotic resistance provides a rapid and accurate diagnosis. You'll not only know what pathogen is causing the infection but also what treatment would work best to provide the most successful and quick outcome.
The RPP tests for a comprehensive set of over 20 respiratory viral and bacteria pathogens to give you a clear understanding of the infection.
24-48 hour results
Completed kits are sent to lab via pre-paid FedEx package. Results are typically available in 24 to 48 hours and then immediately posted to the online portal for review.
COVID-19 & RPP
COVID-19 testing is combined with our respiratory testing to get a thorough understanding of the infection even if a negative result for COVID-19 is received.
Online portal
Each healthcare practice is provided an online portal to track the results from the lab.
